Job Summary
- Manage the lifecycle of IT products within automation solutions including global products and locally developed software
- Drive the integration of IT systems to build comprehensive intelligent laboratory solutions
- Develop and execute product strategies including launch planning promotion and lifecycle optimization
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to support product and solution positioning
- Collaborate closely with global teams for global product alignment and local adaptation
- Work with local R&D and external partners to support development of localized software solutions
- Develop go-to-market strategies including solution-based marketing pricing support and promotional activities
- Support sales teams with solution-oriented selling tools training and customer engagement materials
- Monitor product and solution performance collect customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Engage with key customers KOLs and industry stakeholders to strengthen market recognition of smart lab solutions
