WHAT YOU WILL DO

• End-to-end vendor lifecycle management including vendor data collection verification and creation in SAP S/4HANA prequalification via IntegrityNext and follow-up on annual vendor assessments
• Execution of desk sourcing and AI-based sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities for low-value demands
• Coordination and administration of procurement systems such as Crowdfox and IntegrityNext
• Preparation analysis and follow-up of procurement reports to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Coordination of S/4HANA-related topics with global IT teams and Source-to-Operate (S2O) stream leads
• Purchase order creation and follow-up in S/4HANA as a backup for category buyers
• KPI tracking and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

• Bachelor degree or above
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA including the Procurement module Transportation Management (TM) module and Master Data module.
• 1-3 years working experience in procurement especially in chemical industry
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables) Power BI and Power Automate
