工作职责
通过各种谈判技巧寻找返点机会落实返点政策即时追踪返点回收 按照业务及客户实际情况动态调整及优化成本节降模型及机制 紧密与采购团队协同通过聚量等方式扩大返点量 统计梳理归纳成本节降数据定期与财务及业务团队进行拉通及汇报 制定月季度采购节降计划及预测定期追踪节降结果 具有风险意识在节降过程中发现违反采购及廉政政策的行为积极报备和预警 与平台同学协同建立成本节降线上管理看板
人员要求
具有至少3年媒介/非媒介供应商谈判经验 熟知各类节降形式及执行流程包括返点返货折扣等 了解广告行业供应商生态包括不限于活动创意社媒等 具有框架化思维可以提炼归纳设立模型及规则 具有风险管理意识对高风险单据识别能力
