Procurement Engineer

• Technical procurement of industrial equipment and materials
• 负责工业设备及物资的技术采购工作
•  Supplier sourcing qualification and bid evaluation
• 开展供应商开发资格预审及投标评审工作
• RFQ/RFP preparation and tender process coordination
• 编制询价RFQ和招标RFP文件协调招投标全过程
• Commercial negotiation and purchase order management
• 负责商务谈判合同条款协商及采购订单管理
• Expediting delivery follow-up and logistics coordination
• 跟踪采购进度督促供货并协调物流运输安排
• Supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution
• 监控供应商绩效推动质量交期及服务问题的解决
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering project and site teams
• 与工程项目管理及现场施工团队保持密切沟通与协作
• Procurement reporting documentation control and ERP/SAP usage
• 负责采购数据分析报告编制文件控制及ERP/SAP系统操作与维护

Qualifications :

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings specifications BOQ
• 能够阅读并理解工程图纸技术规范及工程量清单BOQ
• Knowledge of materials equipment and industry standards
• 具备材料设备及行业标准方面的专业知识
• Strong negotiation skills (price terms contracts)
• 具备较强的谈判能力包括价格商务条款及合同谈判
• Understanding of contracts and procurement processes
• 熟悉合同管理及采购流程
• Supplier sourcing qualification and performance evaluation
• 具备供应商开发资质审核及绩效评估能力
• Ability to handle technical and commercial discussions
• 能够胜任技术及商务层面的沟通与讨论
• Proactive result-oriented able to work under pressure
• 工作积极主动以结果为导向能够在压力环境下高效开展工作
