Job Summary

Daily operation and comprehensive problem solving for AOI and CV process and equipments
New products AOI and CV equipment selection AOI and CV process development & release
Lead process improvement and problem-solving for process & MAE related topics for ADAS products: camera radar
Leading CIP improvement and RPP activities: tooling localization spare part optimization
Join global meetings for IPN topics and lead process related customer audit
Continue improvement via Bosch Production System 3.6 MAE Performance @TPM
Conduct process team & cross function management as projects requirements
Team competence buildup and development
7*24 H on-call to support machine or process issue
Other tasks assigned by Superior

Qualifications :

Bachelor or diploma in Electrical or Engineering field
Knowledge on final assembly process and equipments for AOI process & Computer Vision
Knowledge on CMK CPK PFMEA QC7 tools.
Troubleshooting skill of final assembly relevant failure and machine
