About the role
负责相关区域生产线的新产品导入质量改善安全改善效率优化物流改善以及非人工成本节省项目 同时深度参与工厂精益转型精益物流VSM等持续改善活动
Key Responsibilities:
新产品导入新产品试生产新设备/工具导入新工装导入新工艺验证新产线架设试量产工艺保证及节拍达成
现有产品工艺持续改进质量提升防呆优化瓶颈改善布局优化节拍提升设备OEE提升等
作业指导书PFMEAControl PlanPFEPKPC等管理文件的编制及持续更新
对生产质量设备等日常异常问题的持续改善
自动化/智能化/AI相机等相关设备导入
参与工厂精益转型VSM设计物流规划布局改善等
上级安排的其他任务
Requirements
本科学历机电工业工程等专业年龄30岁左右
58年规模以上企业工作经验白电汽车行业优先
掌握8DA3鱼骨图5WHY等问题解决工具
掌握精益生产精益物流质量工具等常用的工具
良好的团队协作能力跨部门沟通能力推动问题解决能力
敢于担责能承受压力适应快节奏
具备一定的英语听说读写能力
