• 大专及以上学历(机械/焊接/汽车及相关专业)

College degree or above(major in mechanical/welding/automotive or related fields);

• 3年以上焊接装配工艺相关工作经验有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先

With over 3-year correlative assembly process experience related experience in multinational automotive company is preferred;

• 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力

Good verbal and written communication skill in English;

• 良好的焊接/装配专业知识

Excellent welding & assembly professional skills;

• 熟悉焊接设备基本操作与基本原理

Familiar with basic operating and principle of welding equipment;

• 熟悉焊接工装夹具并具备调整能力

Proficiency in welding fixture & adjustable ability;

• 良好的尺寸/形位公差及相关知识

Excellent GD&T and related skills;

• 了解CMM测量基本知识并能准确理解CMM测量结果

Good knowledge of CMM and accurate comprehension of CMM reports;

• 良好的读图能力与AutoCAD绘图能力

Excellent skills on CAD drawing;

• 良好的分析问题解决问题能力

• Excellent skills on analyzing and solving problems;

• 良好的沟通技巧书面与口头

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal);

• 具有一定承受压力的能力

• Strong ability to take pressure;

• 熟练操作计算机办公软件

• Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft;

• 拥有团队合作精神和能力

• With team cooperation spirit and coordinate ability.
