Principle System Engineer Automotive MCU

Responsibilties:

• Lead platform software architecture development and system integration across AUTOSAR embedded software automotive networking and MCU platforms while driving customer engagements and solution adoption.
• Serve as the technical expert for platform software and embedded systems leading technical decisions and resolving complex software hardware and integration challenges.
• Support customers across Greater China on system integration architecture definition debugging and technical issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 8 years of AUTOSAR Classic Platform experience with deep expertise in Vector AUTOSAR stack OS BSW MCAL and system integration. Deep knowledge of non-AUTOSAR RTOS and automotive Ethernet technologies (e.g. TSN AVB/AVTP) is a plus.
• Deep expertise in embedded software MCU architecture and AUTOSAR integration with a strong track record of solving complex system-level challenges across software hardware and platform boundaries.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in defining platform architecture driving technical decisions mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional problem solving.
