About the Role

As PrincipalADAS-CockpitAISystemEngineer within the ADAS LAB you are an expert onLLM VLM and agentic AI and you have a proficient understanding of relevant neighboring our ADAS Labyouwilllead the design and implementation ofADAS-Cockpitcross-domain technical solutions as well as design develop andmaintainhigh-performance Agent frameworks and services that bridge ADAS systems and cockpit AI.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement crossdomain solutions connecting ADAS and intelligent cockpit systems

• Build Agent / multiAgent frameworks for intelligent driving interaction and orchestration

• Abstract ADAS capabilities (NOA parking driving states) intoagentsskillsand tools

• Enablemultimodaland AIdriven interaction for intelligent driving features

• Collaborate closely with ADAS cockpit system and product teams to deliver productionready solutions

What You Need to Be Successful

• Masters degree or higher in Computer Science AI Software Engineering or related fields

• 5 years of experience in ADAS AI systems or cockpit development

• Solidunderstanding of ADAS architectures andthe latest systemtrends

• Hands-onexperience with AI AgentsModel deploymentLLM workflows ormulti-Agentsystems

• Understandingmodel supervised fine-tuningLoRA

• Proficiencyin C and/or Python for system integration and AI prototyping

• Proficiencyin AI frameworks such asPyTorch ONNX

• Experience withautomotive embedded platforms(e.g.Domain or centralcomputeunitsbasedonSoCsfromQualcomm Nvidia Renesas etc.)

Bonus Points if You Have

• Strong system-level thinking: able to work across softwareAI HMI and vehicle systems

• Experience withVision LanguageMultimodal AI modelsor WorldModelsin automotive or robotics contexts

• Experience with cross-domain integration involving ADAS and cockpit / IVI systems

• Experience with reinforcement learning

• Familiarity with driver interaction design explainable AI or humanmachine interaction

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams

• Experience working with Tier1s OEMs or automotive AI suppliers is highly preferred

• Experience in PoC demo vehicles or innovation projects
