PMO

Support the development and ongoing improvement of PMO standards processes templates and governance frameworks across APAC.
Track monitor and report on progress of key strategic projects ensuring full alignment with business goals schedules and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional project meetings prepare agendas document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Identify project risks issues and dependencies; proactively escalate concerns and propose mitigation plans.
Drive communication and alignment between local teams and global stakeholders.
Support annual business planning resource allocation and workforce capacity planning.
Compile regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
