Job Description:

This role contributes to MPS success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality diverse candidates for all level positions in MPS China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates hiring managers vendors HR team members and other stakeholders.

a clear campus recruitment strategy and plan in place manage university relationship with MPS strategic partnering schools to build talent pipeline per business needs and foster employer branding.

with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process current and future openings workforce planning and the future state of the organization to help achieve optimum balance between business demands and human needs. hunt for candidates to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.

and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

overseas recruitment to build MPSs global talent pipeline.

other duties or projects assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

degree or above in English biz management or related overseas study experience preferred.

least 2 years experience of recruitment & staffing in multinational enterprise.

communication skills good command of English and Office software.

to influence consult and negotiate good presentation skills.

to handle multi-project balance priorities and meet deadlines. of ER labor law training and development compensation and benefits.
