People Business Partner APAC
Job Summary
Do you want to make an impact close to both people and business in a complex fast-moving logistics environment This is an opportunity to take on a broad People Business Partner role across APAC Logistics partnering with leaders across multiple markets and sites while helping shape practical scalable People ways of working.
WHAT YOULL DO
As People Business Partner youll play a key role in enabling business performance across APAC Logistics by delivering broad HR support and partnering closely with leaders across markets functions and sites. Youll help translate business needs into people priorities ensuring that local legislation policies and H&M Groups harmonised HR processes are understood and applied in a practical consistent way.
In this role you will:
- Partner with Logistics leaders to implement people plans that align with the business strategy and drive performance across APAC
- Provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle balancing operational delivery with longer-term people priorities
- Use data insights and business understanding to coach leaders support decision-making and strengthen team effectiveness
- Design coordinate and facilitate learning and development initiatives based on business needs data and insights
- Ensure compliance with local labour law internal policies and HR practices across different markets and operating contexts
- Lead and support HR initiatives employee engagement activities and follow-up actions that strengthen the employee experience
- Secure accurate HR data reporting and system processes in collaboration with local HR contacts and superusers
- Drive clear and effective communication on HR topics processes and change initiatives across stakeholder groups
- Monitor operational HR performance identifying risks gaps and practical improvement opportunities
- Act as an ambassador for H&M Groups culture and values across APAC Logistics
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll work closely with Logistics function managers DC managers Trade & Transport stakeholders and leaders across APAC as well as local HR communities and Global Logistics HR. This role connects with stakeholders across different layers countries and work cultures requiring strong partnership cultural awareness and the ability to create alignment in a complex regional setup.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- A relevant university degree within human resources behavioural science business administration or a related field
- Solid HRBP experience ideally from a regional multi-market or operational environment such as logistics supply chain retail operations or similar
- Strong knowledge of HR core processes including employee relations performance management talent engagement onboarding and offboarding
- Good understanding of labour law HR compliance and how to work effectively across different local contexts
- Experience supporting leaders driving people-related initiatives and facilitating learning or development activities
- Strong HR data and system literacy with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions
- Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills across different levels countries and cultures
