任职资格要求

• 教育背景2025/2026 届应届毕业生本科及以上学历
• 专业领域机械工程自动化工业工程电气工程能源动力等理工科相关专业
• 核心素质具备一定的英语基础乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战

The Production & Engineering Leadership Program (PEDP) is a core talent development program at GE Vernova Hangzhou. It is designed to cultivate future pipeline in the manufacturing and engineering sectors through intensive rotation hands-on experience and professional training. • Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex real-world problems.
• Curious & Analytical: Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.
• Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams a strong team player and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelors degree or above.
• Skills: Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Passionate about the manufacturing proactive and committed to continuous learning.
