The Production & Engineering Leadership Program (PEDP) is a core talent development program at GE Vernova Hangzhou. It is designed to cultivate future pipeline in the manufacturing and engineering sectors through intensive rotation hands-on experience and professional training. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex real-world problems.
  • Curious & Analytical: Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams a strong team player and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

Qualifications

  • Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelors degree or above.
  • Skills: Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Passionate about the manufacturing proactive and committed to continuous learning.
