任职资格

1. 1年以上抖音带货主播经验有服饰/美妆/食品/家居类经验优先

2. 镜头感好表达清晰流畅感染力强性格外向开朗

3. 具备优秀的销售意识逼单能力节奏把控能力

4. 抗压能力强能接受晚班高强度直播体力充沛

5. 熟悉抖音直播规则无违规历史形象正面大方

6. 有责任心执行力强愿意配合团队共同成长
