Under the guidance of Mondelēz Internationals legal leader or counsel you deliver on our legal strategy activities and service delivery model in a legal specialist and generalist area of focus. You use your ability to work independently your in-depth knowledge and significant experience in a specialty area to apply legal knowledge in the practice area and propose legal solutions and alternatives to in-house counsel.

How you will contribute

HR BP:

• independently handle daily consultation inquiries from HR department (including People Experience Talent Acquisition Work & Life My Rewards Total Rewards & Performance);
• independently review procurement contract relating to all HR functions;
• provide legal advice on ER case handle arbitration/litigation case;
• assist LM to review templates/policies government actions concerning all HR functions.

Sales BP:

• work as three regions BP (North East and West): independently handle distributor management (including contract/ campaign/ letters/ authorization letter review etc.) local key account management (including contract/ authorization letter review etc.) and daily consultation relating to those regions;
• independently handle food service channels daily business and requirements such as contracts review etc.;
• independently review procurement contracts relating to Sales team (except digital/route-to-market related projects);
• support client dispute/litigation (under CNY 1 million dispute) and consumer complaint under LMs supervision;
• assist LM to review templates/policies/SOP concerning distributor local key account; optimize learning from litigation.

Taiwan BP:

• work as Taiwan BP under LMs minor supervision including but not limited to marketing support (artwork/campaign materials review) sales support (sales contract/trade letter review etc.) procurement contract review finance support HR support consumer/client complaint support dispute/litigation support.

Other tasks assigned by LM IP clearance/portfolio management. Must be detail oriented strong sense of ownership & curiosity. Basic business sense & acumen. Good communication skills.

Passed PRC Bar. Fluent in English.

More about this role

3 years experience in reputable law firm and/or MNCs.
Basic knowledge of dispute resolution contracts labor law advertisment law competition law.

Fluent (both written and spoken) in English and Chinese.
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills;
Ability to interact effectively with people.
