1在快速消费品FMCG生产环境中全面领导操作员团队确保遵守安全质量合规和产出标准

2建立并确认管理安全质量和产出的标准和相应的操纵规程

3使用问题解决和绩效管理工具推动实时问题识别解决和持续改进计划

4识别并培养团队中的关键人才确保定期执行发展计划设定绩效预期并定期提供反馈

5监督任务分配人员配置和招聘工作确保资源符合生产需求并在换班和休息期间保持生产的连续性

6领导并实施改进项目管理范围进度和成本同时与跨职能团队协调

7了解并管理制造领域的预算确保运营符合成本效益

8理解并遵守所有环境健康和安全EHS及质量法规公司要求标准操作程序SOP和要求

9根据上级要求履行其他职责

任职资格

1大学本科或以上学历制药工程或相关技术学科学士学位

23年以上快消行业生产管理经验5年以上制造行业经验

3优先考虑 具有在 FDA 监管环境GMP 要求项目管理流程验证SAP 和卓越运营工具如 FMEAMSA使用方面的经验具备推行实施自主维修的经验

4具有良好的英语读写能力和听说能力

5能够适应一定的倒班工作节奏
