Job Description
1根据SOPGMP及EHS相关要求独立并熟练掌握包装线日常操作及设备操作
2完成定期的自动包装线生产清洁清场换型物料转运工作
3完成生产批记录以及其他相关记录填写确保记录的及时性和准确性
4完成日常产品的在线检查和取样的工作确保产品检查和取样过程符合SOP规定
5根据SOP正确领取原材料装填物料处理成品剔除品及废品
6理解EHS对该职位的相关政策报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为
7执行生产区域6S规范要求确保生产区域符合GMP规定发现生产过程中异常并及时上报到直线领导
8完成日常自动设备点检维护及模具备件管理工作
9独立处理包装线设备常见故障及设备日常保养工作能够提出设备复杂问题相关的改善建议
10编写设备维护及操作培训材料SOP&TWI并培训生产线其他员工
