Oracle Project Manager-PRM QP

InThis Role YourResponsibilitiesWillBe:

• Collaborates with functional leaders to identify areas of improvements for business processes and systems in Qingpu plant.

• Aligns process improvements priorities develop programs for implementation track and report programs and report programs performance.

• Manages oracle ERP implementation and its ongoing gaps analyses and interfaces for efficiency.

• Supports on work with relevant SAP IT teams for needed requirements.

• Standardizes and streamlines processes and systems in Qingpu plant.

• Provides leadership and support factory business system team.

• Responsible for automation and new system development a point of contact for internal requestors and external vendors.

• Acts as a bridge between business users and IT/System developer.

• Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment if provided to you while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself;reporting unsate work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/health at work as needed

For ThisRoleYouWill Need:

• Degree in Management/Technology with at least 5years of relevant business process improvement in an industrial sales and manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work independently with strong project management in planning execution and follow-up.

• Good at IT budget planning and control

• Familiar with Oracle SAP and Business Intelligence tools.

• Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills.

• Willingness to explore and learn; hands-on to automate and develop is necessary.

• Able to work under tight deadlines and capable of multi-tasking.

• Flexibility to travel.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experienced to operate in a diversified multi-national company matrix organization and regional network is highly preferred.
