Job Summary
1. Be responsible for the centering of optical components to ensure that the coaxiality of the lens center and the mechanical axis meets the requirements of the drawing;
2. Operate domestic or imported centering and edge grinding equipment to complete the outer diameter grinding of optical components and the precise processing of steps and chamfers.
3. Be responsible for the internal extinction treatment of optical components precisely paint metal and other structural parts and suppress stray light;
4. Control the thickness uniformity and adhesion of the paint layer to avoid sagging bubble and particle contamination and ensure that the paint surface meets the optical performance requirements of the lens.
5. Cooperate with the engineering department to conduct centering and paint process parameter adjustment and participate in the trial production of new samples;
