Job Summary
Under the direction of the Global and Regional Vertiv Operating System (VOS) leadership the VOS Manager
will serve as the on-site Lean and Continuous Improvement leader for the Suzhou facility. This
individual acts as a strategic business partner and coach empowering teams through practical tools clear
standards and disciplined cultural change.
The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Lean deployment and a deep
understanding of how to translate continuous improvement strategy into daily operational execution within
complex cross-functional manufacturing environments
