Job Summary
Sandvik (Jining) Rocbolt Technologies China Co. Ltd. currently has an opening for a Operator located in Jining China hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1) Comply with all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures
2) Obey management follow instructions adhere to factory and workshop rules and regulations carry out production in accordance with the production plan and complete tasks to the required quality and quantity standards
3) Follow the technical staffs process guidance and strictly enforce product quality standards
4) Strictly follow production process documentation and equipment operating procedures; do not operate in breach of regulations
5) Conserve water and electricity save energy and reduce consumption to lower production costs
6) Resolve and report any issues arising during the production process in a timely manner
7) Carry out daily checks and maintenance on tools and equipment in use maintain them in good condition use production tools appropriately and ensure production safety
8) Perform ones duties diligently maintain cleanliness of equipment and the workshop adhere to 5S management practices on site and ensure safe and orderly production
9) Actively participate in training organised by the factory and workshop and coordinate effectively between workstations
10) Complete other tasks assigned by manager
Experience & Knowledge:
1) At least one years relevant production experience in this industry
2) Proficient in operating equipment
3) Diligent conscientious and proactive in their work;
4) Able to work well under pressure with strong communication skills; hard-working honest and reliable;
5) Able to work night shifts
