Operator

• Carry out production according to the production plan and complete the tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity;

• Strictly follow the equipment operating procedures process documents safety production requirements and other rules; properly store transport and dispose of raw materials finished products and semi-finished products;
• 严格按照设备操作规程生产工艺文件安全生产等要求操作妥善保管运输处置 原物料成品半成品
• Complete production preparation work conscientiously; perform production self-inspection and daily equipment start-up and shift handover inspections; keep informed of the operating condition of the machine assigned to you; provide timely feedback on and record any abnormalities found in equipment operation and production;
• 认真完成生产准备工作做好生产自检与设备开机交班日常点检了解自己所负责机台的运转情况对设备运转及生产发现的异常情况及时反馈并记录
• Draw auxiliary materials reasonably control auxiliary material consumption and reduce production costs;
• 合理领用辅料控制辅料消耗降低生产成本
• Cooperate with maintenance personnel in handling equipment faults; receive equipment operation and maintenance training; assist the maintenance personnel on duty in daily equipment maintenance operations in accordance with the maintenance plan;
• 配合维修人员处理设备故障接受设备操作保养培训按照保养维修计划协助当班维修人员进行日常设备保养操作
• Maintain the tidiness of the production area;
• 维护保持生产区域整理整洁
• Other work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications :

• Technical secondary school education or above; majors in mechanical electronic instrument chemical and related fields are preferred;
• 中专以上学历机械电子仪表化工等专业优先考虑
• Able to read and understand work instructions and to operate simple equipment fixtures and testing instruments.
• 能看懂作业指导和和操作简单设备工装夹具测试仪器等
