Job Summary
Responsibilities
1.负责班组新人的培训和考核 2.负责本班组生产相关工作根据生产指令合理调度安排人员确保各项生产任务能够顺利完成 3.负责检查监督生产过程中工艺规程及 SOP 的执行情况 4.负责检查监督班组人员按规定填写生产记录和相关辅助记录 5.负责车间设备的日常巡检保证设备维持稳定运转状态 6.负责本班组的安全生产工作发现问题及时上报并采取积极有效措施消除事故隐患负责组织班组级安全培训 7.保证职责范围内所有相关信息都被准确的记录和跟踪并及时向车间领导汇报 8.培养岗位一线操作能手确保所属岗位员工接受相应的岗位培训 9.负责工作票和特殊作业票的现场确认并签署 10.负责班组 5S 区域的监控管理和维持 11.突发性事故即设备故障的相关处理 12.有义务接受公司派其他相似的任务并严格遵守公司的规章制度 13.当班长缺席时需发挥班长的职责带领班组完成生产任务
Requirements
大专以上学历从事化工专业工作2年以上能读懂基本的英语
