职位概述

负责深圳福田工厂磁带磁头产品的质量检验工作确保产品符合西部数据质量标准需具备精密操作能力及高度责任心

主要职责

1质量检验

1执行来料检验IQC过程检验IPQC及出货检验OQC

2操作光学显微镜尺寸测量仪器及电气测试设备进行产品检验

3识别并记录缺陷划伤污染ABS损伤焊点异常等

2数据记录

1在 SAP / MES 系统中准确录入检验数据及缺陷记录

2发现异常质量趋势时及时向工程师汇报

3设备维护

1执行设备日常点检及基础保养

2确保所有量规及仪器在校准有效期内

4不合格品管理

1识别标识并隔离不合格品NCM

2协助工程师收集失效分析FA样品

5合规与改善

1严格遵守 SOPESD 防护规范及洁净室操作要求

2参与 5SKaizen 及 CAPA 相关活动

Qualifications :

任职资格

1中专/职高/高中及以上大专优先

2机械电子质量管理或相关专业

3有23年精密制造或QA检验经验优秀应届生可培训

4显微镜操作基础测量工具SAP/Excel 基础

5视力良好手部操作稳定

6可接受轮班ESD及洁净室操作意识强
