Operations Project Manager

As an Operation Manager youll be reporting to Global Operations Director and working as part of our China Operation team. You will be managing a perimeter of nearly 800 people covering our global Inspections Operations Process from order reception to report submission. Your role in this will be to:

Leading a team of nearly 800 people including different on-site branch managers team leaders and back-office functions in China region.

Ensuring high performance of Inspections Operations focusing on Productivity Reactivity and Innovation.

Monitoring business KPIs and cost control.

Engage and grow a team of high potentials talents within your perimeter to anticipate internal growth and new businesses integration.

Overseeing all aspects of Operations Excellence: from client claims and supplier relations to regulatory compliance and back-office processes supervision.

Delivering the highest standard of services quality while enhancing cost optimization measures to meet within budget.

Qualifications :

First of all we want someone who:

A degree in engineering Supply Chain Business or any related Education background.

2-3Years of industry related experience related to global Retail Quality Management Manufacturing and in a role strongly exposed to performance management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization.    

A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism.

Fluency in English.
