Job Summary
- 对批量生产的工艺设备过程进行有效的控制分析和改进/ Effectively control analyze and improvement on process and equipment for mass production.
达成生产线的运营指标质量交付成本/ achieve the manufacturing KPI: quality delivery cost
- 保证生产工艺的正常运行指导维修人员进行相关生产设备的维护并持续提升工艺的稳定性
Ensure manufacturing process running smoothly instruct the maintenance staff to maintain the equipment and continuous improve the process robustness.
- 制订生产相关的流程文件PFMEACPWI以保证稳定的产品质量 持续提高相关流程的效率
Work out production related process documents (PFMEA CP WI) to ensure the stability of product quality continuously improve the efficiency of procedure.
- 采取措施持续提升生产线的生产率提高设备综合利用效率 降低生产内部报废率
Take actions to continuously improve the productivity increase OEE performance and decrease the internal defect cost.
- 在日常工作中使用质量工具14QPoka-Yoke PDCA8D report提升生产线质量水平分析和解决现场质量问题/ Use quality tools in daily work (14Q Poka-Yoke PDCA 8D report) to enhance the production line quality analyse and solve quality problems in the shop floor.
- 协助新产品的调试和工装调试/ Support trail run of new product and new fixture.
- 支持客户和内部评审/ Support customer and internal audit.
保持与其它部门/领导工厂的沟通和合作/ Communicate and cooperate with plant internal other departments and lead plant.
Qualifications :
Bachelor mechanical/electrical engineering机械/电气工程学士
23 years working experience
23年工作经验
MS office wide-spread technical basic knowledge
MS 办公软件通用技术基础知识
