We are seeking a versatile administrative assistant to join our Beijing Representative Office (BRO). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all-round support across operational administrational and financial related matters to the team. The ideal applicant should be highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and capable of managing multi-tasks under pressure to support smooth operation of the local office in Beijing.

Job Responsibilities:
Executive & Team Support: Provide competent secretarial and administration support to the team.
Facility Management: Maintain a wellfunctioned and organized office environment by effectively managing office facilities asset inventories & supplies and service vendors in collaboration with functional teams within the Group.
Procurement & Expenses: Handle payment & procurement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures and process payment settlements in relation to BRO in a timely and accurate manner.
Local Compliance & Reporting: Work closely with functional teams within the Group (Finance Secretarial Services etc.) to fulfill BROs compliance and reporting obligations as set out by relevant laws rules and regulations.
Receptionist & Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle general enquiries & visitors appropriately and undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree of any related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred within well-established multi-national financial institutions. Good knowledge on Hong Kong financial market would be a plus.
High sense of ownership risk awareness compliance and process efficiency.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude strong accountability excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) WPS.
