岗位职责 / Responsibilities

负责公司整体网络架构的设计部署优化及日常运维包括办公网络交易网络及高性能计算HPC网络

Design deploy optimize and maintain the companys network infrastructure including office networks trading networks and High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

负责防火墙VPNIPsec 等网络安全设备及策略的配置管理和维护

Configure manage and maintain network security systems and policies including firewalls VPN and IPsec.

负责 IBInfiniBand网络及 RoCE 高速网络的部署调优与故障排查

Deploy tune and troubleshoot IB (InfiniBand) networks and RoCE high-speed networks.

支持低延迟高吞吐量网络环境优化网络性能及稳定性

Support low-latency and high-throughput network environments ensuring optimal performance and stability.

负责交换机思科Arista路由器及相关网络设备的配置与维护

Configure and maintain switches (Cisco Arista) routers and other network devices.

配合量化交易研究及基础设施团队支持高性能计算平台及交易系统运行

Collaborate with quantitative trading research and infrastructure teams to support HPC platforms and trading systems.

监控网络运行状态及时处理网络故障安全事件及性能瓶颈

Monitor network operations and resolve network failures security incidents and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.

编写和维护网络相关技术文档配置文档及操作流程

Prepare and maintain technical documentation network configurations and operational procedures.

跟进金融行业网络及安全技术发展趋势持续优化公司网络架构

Stay updated on networking and security technologies within the financial industry and continuously improve the companys network architecture.

任职要求 / Qualifications

本科及以上学历计算机网络工程通信工程信息技术等相关专业

Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Network Engineering Telecommunications Information Technology or related fields.

3年以上网络工程相关工作经验有金融行业经验者优先尤其是私募基金证券量化交易等行业背景

Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering; candidates with financial industry experience are highly preferred especially in hedge funds securities or quantitative trading firms.

熟悉防火墙VPNIPsec 等网络安全技术及相关设备配置

Solid understanding of firewalls VPN IPsec and related network security technologies.

熟悉 IBInfiniBand网络及 RoCE 高速网络架构部署及优化

Hands-on experience with IB (InfiniBand) networks and RoCE high-speed network architecture deployment and optimization.

具备高性能计算HPC网络环境相关经验熟悉 CiscoArista 等主流交换机的配置维护及故障排查具备金融交易网络或低延迟网络环境经验者优先

Experience supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) environments. Familiarity with Cisco and Arista switches including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with trading networks or low-latency environments within financial institutions is highly preferred.

熟悉主流交换机路由器及数据中心网络架构

Familiarity with mainstream switches routers and data center network architecture.

对低延迟网络网络性能优化及网络稳定性有较深入理解

Strong understanding of low-latency networking network optimization and network stability.

具备较强的问题分析及故障排查能力

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力能够支持业务快速发展需求

Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support fast-paced business environments.

持有 CCNPCCIE 或相关网络认证者优先

CCNP CCIE or other relevant certifications are preferred.
