工作职责
无损检验技术准备熟悉图纸和相关技术规范要求确认部件状态准备检验相关设备及材料
开展无损检验根据ITP/工单和图纸的要求完成车间内以及客户验收的无损检验工作包括外观检验超声波检验磁粉检验着色渗透检验煤油渗漏 等同时覆盖钢板铸锻件 焊缝的检验并做好相关检验记录
完成检验报告对所有已完成的检测部件粘贴质量状况标签并提供充分的报告包括图示所有不符合要求的偏差向质量工程师报告产品状况同时对所有质量偏差创建变更通知
客户现场工地检测根据项目部的安排 在高级检验人员的指导下进行客户现场工地检测; 包括安装过程及售后维修检测
支持全球检验战略支持集团战略采购 完成指定的检测工作
岗位要求
大专学历材料机械焊接专业等相关专业
3年以上NDT工作经验持有UTⅡ及以上无损检测资质证书
铸件锻件焊件UT检验工作的经验
质量工具的经验或有概念
基本英文读写能力
看懂焊接符号
同时持有VTMTPTTOFD 证书者优先考虑
有水轮机水利水电行业从业优先考虑
有尺寸检验内审员资质加分项
