Job Responsibilities:

1. Line equipments maintenance and trouble shooting on production floor.

生产线设备维护与维修

1. Line tool maintenance and management.

生产线上工具的保养和管理

1. Line process owner and trouble shooting.
   生产线制程技术责任人与问题解决
2. Line programming preparation and trouble shooting.
   生产线程序准备 与问题解决
3. Responsible for process FOR improvement
   负责制程的不良率的改善
4. Responsible for process Utilization improvement
   负责制程的生产效率的改善
5. Participate daily DLR meeting.
   参加每日DLR会议
6. Close cooperation with production and related group colleague.
   与生产及其他相关部门合作
7. Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of line and responsible for effective TPM.

生产线全面生产维护的专家并负责全面生产维护的有效执行

1. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status.

每周和主管一起讨论定义的主题和工作的进展

1. Training and coaching service technician regulary evaluation technician (process equipment).

培训和教导Service技术员以及定期考核技术员制程 设备

1. Training production operator (process equipment).

2. Responsible for spare parts and consumable management in production line.
   负责生产线的备件和耗材的管理
3. EWAK D-sample production support.
   支持EWAK D-sample
4. On call to support solve machine or process issue
   需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或制程问题的解决
5. Owner of Documentationand regular update of documents (FMEA PQP TPM WI etc.)

负责生产线的文件定期的文件更新(FMEA PQP TPM WI etc.)

1. Study and dig out potential CIP project and continue push project implementation.

挖掘发现CIP项目并持续推进改善项目的落实

1. Other assignments of special tasks.

Qualifications :

• University major in computer mechanical or electrical.

  计算机电子或机械类本科毕业

• Not less than 2 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries as well experience with big data and I4.0 soultion.

  两年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验以及大数据处理和I4.0解决方案的工作经验

• Electrical and PLC experience.I4.0 soultion related experience.

  电气和PLC 方面的工作经验I4.0解决方案的工作经验

• Workable English
