Mechanist

岗位概述:

遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度负责及时有效地完成维修工单

主要职责:

1. 遵守和严格执行公司及部门的安全环保食品安全质量行为规范程序和作业指导等各项规章制度和要求及时参加工司组织的各项安全培训食品安全培训 工作按要求完成各类安全工作许可证作业前风险评估(PJHA)的申请及签署
2. 负责按时按要求完成机修主管和班长下达的维修工作并及时反馈和记录
3. 按要求做好夜间应急值班 及时响应 安全高效完成应急支援维修工作
4. 负责执行的维修工作包括预防性和预测性维修工作维护修理紧急维修润滑保养改造等可能涉及登高焊接和热切割有限空间吊装等作业
5. 按照预防性维护PM和预测性维护PDM工单的标准作业指导书 完成各项PM&PDM检查工作熟练使用振动超声波和激光对中仪等可靠性维修工具有效发现设备运行异常  记录检查发现项并及时向上级反馈; 落实执行检查发现项的处理工作并跟进复查处理结果 把设备故障解决在未发生之前
6. 立足保障生产的服务意识与生产及其他部门沟通良好及时响应生产部门的紧急维修需求
7. 对工厂常发易发的设备故障 提出合理化建议 并协助上级落实整改方案定期总结维修技术经验及一点课程的分享
8. 参加部门内部的技术培训及维修经验分享学习和掌握各类设备的安装检查维修知识和技能避免维修返工情况的发生
9. 维护和保管自己的维修工具及公用工具
10. 维护和保持个人工具柜所负责的区域作业区域的清洁卫生和5S工作
11. 上级安排的其他工作

Qualifications :

技能知识

• 具备较强的现场动手维修能力
• 具备较强的安全保护的意识
• 能吃苦耐劳
• 有较强的学习能力深富团队合作精神

工作经历:

• 0-2年机械设备维修工作经验

教育背景:  

• 大专学历及以上具有机械制造设备维修与养护等相关专业知识

语言能力:

• 普通话

其他相关技能:

• 焊接与热切割作业证高出作业证有叉车证钳工证
