Key Responsibilities

-Project Management

• Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ PPAP mass production. Need to follow up sample validation trial production mass production transfer etc.
• Make and drive project timeline milestone plan track progress identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Manage supplier project coordination communicate delivery quality cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers.

-Engineering Collaboration

• Understand mechanical drawings GD&T BOM manufacturing feasibility
• Collaborate with R&D tooling ME and QA teams

-Supplier Management

• Work with machining stamping diecasting injection molding suppliers
• Evaluate supplier capability and capacity
• Support supplier rootcause analysis and improvement actions

-Cost / Quality / Delivery

• Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)
• Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation
• Monitor material availability and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Technical Background

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or similar
• 37 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
• Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes:
  • CNC machining
  • Stamping
  • Die casting
  • Injection molding
  • Surface treatments

-Project Management Skills

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Risk management and mitigation

-Soft Skills

• Strong communication
• Stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

-Language Requirement

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to communicate with global customers overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently
• Can conduct English meetings write English project reports emails and meeting minutes
