Key Responsibilities
-Project Management
Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ PPAP mass production. Need to follow up sample validation trial production mass production transfer etc.
Make and drive project timeline milestone plan track progress identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
Manage supplier project coordination communicate delivery quality cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers.
Work with machining stamping diecasting injection molding suppliers
Evaluate supplier capability and capacity
Support supplier rootcause analysis and improvement actions
-Cost / Quality / Delivery
Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)
Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation
Monitor material availability and risk mitigation
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Technical Background
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or similar
37 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes:
CNC machining
Stamping
Die casting
Injection molding
Surface treatments
-Project Management Skills
PMP certification is a plus
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Risk management and mitigation
-Soft Skills
Strong communication
Stakeholder management abilities
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
-Language Requirement
Fluent in written and spoken English
Able to communicate with global customers overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently
Can conduct English meetings write English project reports emails and meeting minutes
