• Be responsible for structural design and 2D drawing development of brushless motors and their assemblies.
• Take charge of formulating conducting and analyzing test results for component-level engineering tests.
• Select manufacturing processes for mechanical parts related to brushless motors.
• Collaborate with suppliers to discuss manufacturing processes and technical issues of components.
• Provide technical support for prototype production.
• Deliver technical support during mass production phase.
• Fulfill all ME (Mechanical Engineer) responsibilities defined in the companys standard workflows.

• Bachelors degree or above in engineering-related disciplines (Mechatronics Electronic Engineering Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation etc.)
• Proficient in Creo or other 3D design software for both 3D modeling and 2D drafting
• Familiar with tolerance Stack-up calculation for mechanical parts
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes including stamping die casting CNC machining insert molding etc.
• Prior experience in motor product development is preferred
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset
• Solid English proficiency
