To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer located in Nanshan R&D.
Reporting to the Mechanical Director the Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer role involves
What a typical day looks like:
1. 负责电源插框/PDU多合一集成产品结构设计评审组织技术文件样机装配开模申请零部件认可公差分析等结构专业开发工作.
2. 配合工程师或客户进行结构专业方面的需求对接问题解决沟通必要时出差客户现场进行交流与问题分析解决
3. 参与或负责插框或电源相关机械测试负责产品的包装设计并参与解决测试中发现的问题
4. 负责样机至量产结构技术问题解决技术文件变更等维护技术支持工作
5. 支持工厂NPI产线生产解决生产中的机械相关问题
6. 输出储能电源产品结构件的2D图3D图组装图爆炸图编制BOM表装配和操作说明书等技术文件
7. 对产品模具进度持续跟进试模检讨与修改测试认证和验收评定
The experience were looking to add to our team:
1. 6年以上设计经验本科或以上学历
2. 有独立完成ShelfPDU或电源开发量产产品的经验精通pro/e绘图软件
3. 熟悉常用塑胶件五金件结构设计熟悉塑胶与五金材料特性应用加工与工艺熟悉相关结构设计的技术规范及安规要求
4. 掌握CNC加工钣金铸造焊接冲压注塑金属表面处理等相关工艺
5. 具备基本安规电气知识熟悉母排载流计算
6. 工作积极主动自主学习能力强有不断探索创新解决问题的精神和能力
7. 具有团队协作精神有良好的执行力 较强的抗压能力与责任心
8. 英文读写良好
