Mechanical Design Engineer Power Module

Job Summary: This role is dedicated to resolving critical mechanical structure challenges associated with high-power-density power modules. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural design manufacturing technology material selection and problem-solving with a particular emphasis on thermal design experience being highly desirable. Key responsibilities will include mechanical design mechanical simulation analysis and providing process guidance for power module products.

Essential Functions工作职责:

1. Accountable for the design of mechanical structures for high-power-density power modules encompassing 3D and 2D CAD modeling as well as tolerance analysis and design; 负责高功率密度电源模块的机械结构设计包括3D2D图纸公差设计;

2. Provides recommendations on manufacturing processes and materials for associated mechanical components; 负责相关机械结构的工艺推荐材料推荐;

3. Performs mechanical simulations and works closely with thermal design engineers to optimize thermal management solutions; 机械仿真配合热设计工程师进行散热优化;

4. Establishes and maintains mechanical design standards and guidelines. 建立机械设计规范

Qualifications岗位要求:

1. A Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification 3 year of relevant work experience in power modules; 应具备机械工程学硕士及等效学历 3年以上电源模块相关工作经验;

2. Mechanical design capability; 机械结构设计能力与经验;

3. Related simulation software and molding software; 熟练使用相关仿真软件和建模软件;

4. Agile thinking with the capability to think outside the box and propose flexible diverse solutions; 思维活跃能提出灵活多样的解决方案;

5. Excellent communication writing and presentation skills. 良好的沟通 撰写及做报告的能力.
