Job Summary
Comprehensively safeguard the manufacturability and production feasibility of products and continuously drive the improvement of standard work levels on the production line. Take the improvement of production efficiency and the assurance of product quality as the core mission solidly advance operational training work and prevent various potential risks. Efficiently tackle and properly resolve technical problems related to test systems and equipment to ensure smooth and orderly production. Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to fully assist in the introduction of new projects and the implementation of project transfers to the factory. Actively participate in the wave of factory digital transformation to help the factory achieve intelligent and efficient operational upgrades.
