1. 参加公司的新员工培训一般安全和仓库物料管理的相关操作流程培训以及贸易安全培训
2. 按照工作指导书或其他文件要求对物料进行分类将物料放在架子上或箱子里
3. 封条的检查和日常封条的管理确保仓库的封条符合ISO17712标准
4. 运输工具/货物的害虫检查以及木质包装的检查确保符合贸易安全标准
5. 盘点(包括年度盘点和周期盘点)
6. 根据文件核对实物发货遵循先进先出的原则
7. 根据要求转运物料和产品
8. 拆包打包板条箱和其他集装箱 在物料上贴上标识信息
9. 保证出货正确及时准确满足客户的需求和贸易安全的需求
10. 货物装载的监管确保物品正确无误
11. 遵守5S规定保持良好整洁的操作现场
12. 遵守政府法律法规和公司的规章制度满足各种认证和系统的要求
13. 保持每日记录的正确性和完整性并及时给到系统文员
14. 对异常损坏可疑应急的突发事项及时报告给直接上级
15. 管理人员其他临时安排事宜

Qualifications :

1. 高中/技校或同等学历
2. 有英语基础至少12年物料管理经验
3. 对日常工作按既定程序进行需针对新任务接受指导
4. 确保每日货物输入输出正确库存数据准确
5. 持有叉车驾驶证
