Job Responsibilities

• Scope: Responsible for multiple value streams including automotive business of Bosch internal customer GB and EMS business of external customers.
• Organization and people development: Enhance organizational efficiency and develop peoples capabilities to deliver future business results.
• Quality Mindset: Develop and implement 14Q-basic principles drive zero defect culture in whole organization.
• In-process Quality Control: Apply DFMEA/PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC/POKAYOKE etc. tools to improve process capability & reliability in whole product life cycle from new project launches ramp up series production and till after-market & EOP.
• Quality Monitoring & Control: Visualize and detect failures in real time through quality assurance systems (e.g. EWS failure analysis batch release delivery block concession.)
• Non-conforming Product & Improvement: Driving root cause analysis 1st pass yield improvements reduce quality losses from scrap and customer claims.
• Problem-Solving Efficiency: Continuously fostering a problem-solving culture processes and methods driving systematic problem-solving at all levels of organization.
• Quality system & Audit: Drive systematic improvement by conducting quality system audits and process confirmations covering both internal and external requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Automation or related filed
• >5  years experience in quality assurance
• Proficient in IATF16949 VDA 6.3 and skilled in PFMEA 8D.
• Workable English
