Job Summary:**

Hitachi Ltd. is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers (Para-Professional S25) to contribute to our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks ensuring product quality and adhering to strict safety and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Perform assembly testing inspection and packaging of products with precision and efficiency.
* Monitor production processes identify deviations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
* Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
* Record production data accurately and completely including output defects and downtime.
* Adhere to all company policies procedures and quality standards (e.g. ISO lean manufacturing principles).
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
* Proven ability to operate production machinery and use various hand tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings work instructions and safety manuals.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods.
* Familiarity with 5S principles and lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
* Must be able to work various shifts including evenings nights and weekends as required.
