4. 配合生产研发部门推动新工艺的落地实施和推广应用

1. 本科及以上学历材料化工机械制造等相关专业

2. 具备独立开展工艺试验和开发的能力

3. 具备较强的创新思维数据分析能力和问题解决能力

4. 熟悉工艺开发流程

5. 熟练使用 CAD3D 等设计软件
