Job Description

Responsibilities

Implement access strategy (Key markets-prov./City-level

• Develop and implement regional implementation plan
• Regional policy analysis and advocacy
• Establish successful access models including work mechanisms and SOPs/Playbook

Develop KDM coverage plans

• Regional KDM mapping in key markets (Prov./City-level)
• Conduct KDM visits and collect insights
• Transmit key information to regional KDMs

Manage key projects on external platforms.

• Execute regional projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Field access experience including but not limited to GAMA innovative market access or KA with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong major client management skills and excellent customer communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and cooperate across teams.
• Proficient in analysis and summarization with strong presentation skills.
• Innovative thinker with a self-driven and growth mindset.

Preferred

• Experience in the vaccine field.
• RM/RPM experience including strategy and campaign implementation.
• New product or indication launch experience.
