DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n)Manager TA APAClocatedinShanghai Shanghai.
The Manager TA APAC leads and delivers endtoend talent acquisition strategy and execution across the AsiaPacific region. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to build diverse highquality talent pipelines improve hiring outcomes and ensure a consistent compliant and engaging candidate experience. The role offers the opportunity to shape regional hiring strategy lead teams and make a measurable impact on growth and capability building in a dynamic MedTech organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce strategies.
Manage and develop TA team members fosteringstrong performance engagement and capability growth.
Partner with senior leaders and HR to provideconsultative guidance on hiring needs market insights and talent solutionsand align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across APAC including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Ensure a consistent inclusive andhighqualitycandidate experienceacross all EMEA markets.
Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics toachievemetrics and improve speed quality and cost of hire.
Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members fostering capability building and consistent performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies data privacy standards and local labor regulations across APAC.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization technology enablement and vendor management.
Where required to be managed locally:
Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.
Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degreeinHuman Resources Business Administration Psychology ora relatedfield.
Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically10years of progressive talent acquisition experience including5yearsTAleadership orpeoplemanagementresponsibilities.
Demonstrated experience leadingregional ormultimarketrecruitmentin APAC.
Strong stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience with TA assessment and selection tools to recruit top talent.
Proven ability to use recruiting data and insights to driveselectiondecisionsand outcomes.
Experience managing recruiting operationsvendors and external partners.
Strong peopleleadership coaching and changemanagement capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting withinOrthopaedicsindustry.MedTech Pharma or Healthcareexperiencealsoconsidered
Familiarity with APAC labor markets hiring practices and compliance considerations.
Experience driving employment branding projects to improve candidate attraction.
Experience driving TA transformation process improvement or technology implementation.
Background working in aglobal matrixed organization.
Other:
Language:Fluent English;Mandarin Chineseand Japanesestrongly preferred.
Travel:Up to 20% primarily within APAC region.
Certifications: Talent acquisition or HR certifications preferred but not.
