该岗位将重点参与 AI-native 销售赋能体系建设把 AI 工具知识库销售内容和业务流程结合起来提升销售团队获取信息准备客户沟通沉淀最佳实践和复制成功经验的效率

1. 开发和实施销售赋能计划

- 设计并执行中国区销售赋能策略包括培训销售工具知识库销售流程和最佳实践

- 帮助销售团队快速理解 Airwallex 产品客户场景和核心价值主张

- 建立可复制的销售方法和赋能机制提升销售团队的效率和业务表现

2. 推动 AI 赋能和销售效率提升

- 探索并落地 AI 在销售赋能中的应用包括产品知识问答销售材料生成客户场景分析培训内容整理和销售辅导

- 与业务团队合作将分散的产品信息客户案例FAQ 和销售经验沉淀为可复用的 AI-ready 知识资产

- 持续评估 AI 工具输出质量和使用效果帮助销售团队更高效更准确地获取信息和准备客户沟通

3. 销售培训和新人培养

- 开发和协调定期销售培训覆盖产品知识市场趋势客户案例销售技巧和常见异议处理

- 为新员工设计并执行 onboarding 计划帮助其快速熟悉产品销售流程和商业场景

- 将线下培训线上材料录播内容AI 知识助手和自助学习资源结合提升培训覆盖和复用效率

4. 内容工具和知识体系建设

- 创建管理和优化销售材料及工具如销售演示产品手册案例研究FAQ销售话术和竞争分析

- 与产品市场和销售团队合作确保销售内容准确清晰易用并能支持实际销售场景

- 结合 AI 工具提升内容生产知识整理信息检索和销售支持效率让 enablement 内容可以持续更新和规模化复用

5. 支持重点产品和 GTM 项目

- 参与重点产品发布和 go-to-market 项目协助梳理目标客户使用场景销售切入点和商业价值

- 推动产品市场销售和运营团队之间的信息同步确保销售团队及时获得最新市场信息和产品更新

- 跟踪销售团队对培训材料AI 工具和销售流程的使用反馈持续优化赋能方式

6. 跨部门协作

- 与 SalesProductProduct MarketingStrategyOperations 等团队紧密合作推动销售赋能项目落地

- 作为不同团队之间的连接点确保信息传递清晰责任明确执行顺畅

## 任职要求

1. 3 年以上销售赋能GTM产品营销销售运营客户管理或相关岗位经验

2. 具备较强的学习能力能快速理解复杂产品客户场景和商业模式

3. 具备优秀的沟通和跨部门协作能力能够与销售产品市场和运营团队有效合作

4. 能够将复杂信息转化为清晰实用的销售内容培训材料和销售工具

5. 熟悉主流 AI 工具并能在实际工作中使用 AI 提升内容生产知识管理信息检索问题拆解和销售支持效率

6. 能够判断 AI 输出的准确性适用场景和风险边界而不是只把 AI 作为简单文案工具

7. 熟悉销售流程销售工具或 CRM 系统有销售自动化知识库或 AI 工作流使用经验优先

8. 具备良好的项目管理能力能够同时推进多个赋能项目和培训计划

9. 中英文沟通熟练书写能力优秀
