The Manager Marketing Ops is responsible for managing the planning coordination and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery operational efficiency and brand consistency. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows campaign processes and project timelines while driving continuous improvement in execution effectiveness and marketing operations.

• Coordinate the execution of category marketing activations and campaigns ensuring timely delivery against agreed milestones and timelines.
• Manage campaign intake and briefing processes reviewing campaign requests for completeness and alignment with established requirements objectives and execution standards.
• Partner closely with marketing other function teams to translate campaign objectives into actionable execution plans across channels including in-store digital consumer engagement and influencer activations.
• Track campaign progress maintain project timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Support cross-functional coordination among marketing creative CRM digital retail and external partners to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
• Maintain campaign calendars project documentation and workflow trackers to ensure visibility accountability and efficient project management.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness execution quality and resource efficiency.
• Analyze campaign execution performance and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the localization of new categories such as Outdoor ensuring alignment with local market needs and business priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong responsibility and down-to-earth working attitude details oriented.
• Strong communication and coordination skills required for project management.
• Being able to work in a fast-paced global company.
• Passionate and willing to work under pressure.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 5-8 Years of Marketing working experience required
• Sports industry experiences preferrable but not limited if have passion for sports.
• Experience in working with company leadership team preferred.
