Our client a globally recognized transformation consulting firm is seeking a Management Consultant to join its growing Asia-Pacific team. This organization partners with senior leaders across energy infrastructure engineering and capital-intensive industries to drive leadership performance organizational transformation and business results.

This opportunity is ideal for consultants who excel in complex stakeholder environments and enjoy working directly with executives on high-impact initiatives across Singapore China and the broader APAC region.

• Partner with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to drive transformational change initiatives.

• Facilitate executive workshops focused on leadership effectiveness culture performance and organizational alignment.

• Lead and support transformation engagements within large-scale infrastructure energy engineering and capital project environments.

• Coach leaders and project teams to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

• Exposure to complex high-profile projects with leading global organizations.

• Direct engagement with executive leadership teams.

• 6 years of experience in management consulting organizational transformation change leadership business transformation or capital project consulting.

• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and delivering measurable business impact.

• Strong executive presence facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Commercially minded with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-75% as client engagements require.

• Based in Singapore with travel throughout the APAC region including active projects in Singapore and China.

• Competitive compensation package in the range of $100000-$150000 USD equivalent plus additional benefits where applicable.
