工作职责
1. 根据加工工艺单调取加工程序准备刀具和装夹并进行加工
2. 根据图纸和加工工艺单要求对机加工零件进行检测测量提供检测报告
3. 加工完成后在系统中进行登记将零件进行贴标签包装并存放到待领用/入库区
4. 根据维保计划定期对设备进行检查和预防性维护
5. 根据设备状态提供维保建议
6. 将点检中发现的问题汇报给实验室负责人
7. 班前查看设备状态和交接班记录有问题的反馈给实验室负责人
8. 按要求做好加工设备的班末5S及实验室公共区域的5S
职位要求
1. 中专及以上学历机械制造机械设计数控技术机电一体化或其他相关工程类专业优先
2. 至少1年工作经验熟练操作数控车床或加工中心
3. 简单的英语读写能力
4. 能够使用电脑和办公软件
