MA Director

Position Description:

• 主导区域市场准入战略构建并维护与省级及以上核心政府部门卫健委医保局等及关键行业协会的对话机制传递公司产品价值与立场推动长期互信合作
• 统筹管理区域内带量采购VBP及重大招标项目审定投标策略与价格体系主导处理突发政策危机与系统性风险
• 洞察宏观政策趋势建立区域政策预警与分析体系指导团队将政策信号转化为机会与应对方案
• 推动区域创新MA生态环境建设前瞻性塑造行业准入环境
• 负责区域准入团队的搭建人才培养与绩效管理促进跨部门高效协同确保战略目标落地
• 完成部门领导布置的其他工作

Qualifications and Experiences:

• 硕士及以上学历优先具备公共卫生卫生经济学临床医学管理学等多维度知识背景
• 10 年以上医疗行业政府事务市场准入相关经验其中包含 5 年以上团队管理及战略规划经验
• 深耕所在区域拥有深厚的省级及以上政府主管部门人脉资源熟悉医疗器械行业宏观格局与发展趋势
• 具备卓越的战略思维与政策解读能力能够制定系统性顶层设计方案并驱动组织变革
• 杰出的领导力沟通谈判能力及跨资源整合能力善于在复杂环境下进行高层决策与危机管理责任担当结果导向正直诚信具备极强的抗压能力以及开放的协同共赢与长期主义心态
