角色与职责Role & Responsibilities

• 与内部跨职能团队及外部政策相关方协作识别医保准入定价与支付领域的关键需求
• 持续跟踪国家与地方医保政策DRG/DIP 支付方式改革医疗服务收费商业保险机会及行业趋势进行政策分析与趋势判断
• 规划创新产品的物价收费医保准入路径制定公司层面创新准入策略
• 将策略转化为业务案例或行动计划推动跨部门执行支持销售增长与市场拓展
• 建立并维护与医保局商业保险机构及专家的合作关系提升公司在医保政策与定价领域的影响力
• 为销售与市场团队提供医保政策定价策略及支付环境相关培训提升团队执行力

任职资格Qualifications

• 至少8 年以上 医药或医疗器械行业市场准入MA或政府事务GA 经验熟悉医保定价及医保支付机制
• 熟悉国家与地方医保政策体系DRG/DIP 支付方式改革招采流程及医院采购机制
• 具备优秀的政策分析能力跨部门沟通能力及项目管理统筹和领导能力
• 医学药学公共卫生经济学等相关专业背景优先MBA 学位优先
