Logistics Specialist

• Arrange local deliveries and monitor shipment status.
• Coordinate with transport providers and warehouses on delivery schedules.
• Follow up on delayed shipments and update internal stakeholders.
• Support booking of freight and transport services.

• Process customer delivery orders in SAP/ERP system.
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery notes and packing lists.
• Ensure order and shipment information is accurate and updated.

• Update inventory movement records in the system.
• Assist warehouse team with stock checks and reconciliation.
• Support coordination of inbound and outbound goods.

• Communicate with internal teams including Customer Service Sales and Procurement.
• Respond to basic logistics inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Maintain logistics files shipment records and documentation.

• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure logistics documents comply with company requirements.
• Support the team during audits and compliance checks.

• Update simple logistics reports and shipment tracking files.
• Assist in monitoring delivery performance and logistics KPIs.

• 2 years of working experience
• Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
