Logistics Engineer

Responsible for standardization and continuous improvement of logistics warehouse management operation including optimization of related IT projects

Responsible for P2P overseas business. Complete customs declaration and other related customs affairs.

Reasonable improvement of packaging and warehouse site management and packaging design /supply chain related plan in new project phase

合理改进包装以及仓库现场管理. 完成新项目阶段包装物流等前期规划

• Be familiar with the specific operations related to the warehouse relevant internal and external interfaces and business contents; 熟悉了解仓库相关的具体操作以及相关的内外部接口业务内容
• Responsible for standardizing and formulating related operations of the warehouse including internal and external interfaces of the warehouse;

负责对仓库相关操作进行标准化梳理和制定包括仓库内部以及涉及到内外部接口

• Supervise warehouse 5S on site find out problems and follow up to close

遵守监督仓库现场5S发现问题并跟进关闭

• Adhere to HSE and other relevant requirements and regulations

遵守公司EHS等其他相关规定要求和规定

• Familiar with warehouse performance indicators and continuously track the completion of each indicator

熟悉仓库相关绩效指标持续追踪各指标完成情况

•  Analyze the problems of relevant indicators and follow up to close;

对相关指标表现出的问题进行分析并跟进关闭

•  Improve the warehouse management mode to digitalization and visualization;

改善仓库管理方式向数字化可视化改善

• Receive overseas orders create delivery plans based on production and material conditions;

接收海外订单结合生产以及物料情况制定并实施交付计划

• Complete customs declaration and other related customs affairs to ensure that the relevant customs operations comply with the requirements of laws and regulations; 完成报关等相关关务内容确保相关关务操作符合法律法规要求
• Make necessary adjustment of delivery plan according to the fluctuation of customers orders and the actual situation of production line and timely communicate with customers;

根据客户订单的波动情况以及生产线的实际状况进行必要的交付计划调整并及时与客户沟通

• Statistical analysis and improvement of overseas customers monthly delivery performance;

海外客户月度交付达成绩效的统计分析及改进

• Familiar with P2P overseas factory business process;  熟悉了解包括P2P海外工厂在内的业务相关流程
• Cooperate with Marketing Department and R & D department to complete the design and development of new packaging and follow up sample work    

协同市场部研发部完成新包装的设计开发并跟踪样品工作

• To improve the existing packaging and reduce the cost   

现有包装的改善与改进降低成本

• Design and manage package & supply chain concept during new project phase;

设计管理新项目阶段的包装以及相关供应链设计

• Complete other tasks given by the superior   

完成上级交办的其他工作任务

Qualifications :

College degree or above

大学专科及以上学历

At least 3 year working experience in logistics management

3年以上物流管理相关工作经验

At least 1 year working experience in customs 1年以上关务工作经验

Knowledge of logistics management knowledge of statistical analysis knowledge of Word Excel and other office software basic network knowledge通晓物流管理知识具备统计分析等方面的知识掌握WORD EXCEL等办公软件使用方法具备基本的网络知识
